This was such a compelling post. It made me think of so many things, the roads not taken or the lives of things have been differently. Like if I had stayed in Japan or if my father hadn’t died what I would’ve become since that’s the reason I left in the first place. This is a wonderful post and you’re such a truly beautiful writer.
