One of the reasons I started this because people like Morgan--who like to read but don't have a lot of time--often ask me for recommendations. If she signs up and finds she doesn't like it, it's easy to unsubscribe.
Interesting. I will share with her. Honestly, Morgan should probably read you Book Pilgrim too. She loves to read but doesn't currently have much time for it. She likes to know what is good, however.
I appreciated the discussion on what qualifies as YA. Junkyard Dogs is classified as YA, but I am finding that many adults are reading it--in fact I was the guest speaker at a book club where 50 adults read it!
Maybe the YA classification limits us more than it helps?

Have you read Last Summer on State Street?
YA like no other. I highly recommend
Thanks. I'll check it out.

Sometimes I think it does!
Barb, I’m sharing this one with my 35 year old daughter who is a girls soccer coach (on the side) with teens. Thanks.
Thanks! You might also check out Kelcey Ervic's new graphic nonfiction book about Title 9 and girls' sports. Very cool.
I love your book reviews and recs! This one sounds great!
I think you'd love it!
