Happy Thanksgiving, Barb! This was absolutely delightful. I don’t know why but I’ve started to love lists in literature especially the poetic nature of them and I’m also really thankful that I got to meet you exactly year ago and thankful for our friendship. I think you are my first ever writing friend!

Thanks so much for this. I'm thankful to have met at Kauai too--and I feel honored to be your first ever writing friend. XX

Thanks, Barb. I love the memory of your granddaughter and the image of such memories as beads on the strand of life. As someone else who is not by nature a "happy" person, I needed your message today. Happy Thanksgiving.

So glad it spoke to you. I think there are more not-happy-by-nature people than we imagine. But often feels not okay to admit that to others. As if we could CHANGE it!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, Mary!

Ahh thanks for this reflection. A few moments struck me: yuv, rosary, gratitude.

This season can be a though time for some folks. From one person who is also so not happy by nature--I appreciated this!
